Understanding your body structure is one of the most effective ways to express yourself through movement, fluid motion, and dance. Dance is a powerful form of expression, and developing kinesthetic awareness helps open new possibilities within your creative process.
This practice is grounded in the principles of the Alexander Technique and Somatic Movement Education, supporting mindful movement, body awareness, and creative exploration.

I created ARTFLOWPATTERNS as a self-care–integrated practice that can be combined with mindful movement to support creativity, presence, and well-being.
